These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the content and services provided by POPOMEE (the “Site”).
1. Scope
These Terms apply to articles, images, comics, games, web applications, calendars, and other content and services provided on the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

Rights in the text, images, comics, programs, designs, and other content made available through the Services belong to the Site or to third parties holding legitimate rights. Except as permitted by copyright law or other applicable law, such content may not be used without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Rights in titles of works, product names, company names, logos, and other names or marks mentioned in the Services belong to their respective rights holders.
No prior permission is required for ordinary links to the Site or its publicly available pages. Links must not, however, be presented in a way that obscures the source of the Site’s content, misrepresents a relationship with a third party, or displays an image or file alone as though it were part of the linking party’s own content.

The Site makes reasonable efforts to review and update this information but does not guarantee that it is accurate, current, or complete. Before visiting, reserving, applying, purchasing, or taking similar action, please check the official information published by the relevant organizer, seller, or other source.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Site, the Site is not an official service operated, supervised, or approved by the relevant rights holder, organizer, or seller.
When you access an external website or service through the Services, the content and terms established by the operator of that external website or service apply.
6. Web Applications and Similar Features
The display or operation of web applications, games, and other features may vary depending on your device, browser, internet connection, or other environment.
Settings and game records stored in your browser may be reset if you change browser settings, delete stored data, change devices, or if a Service is updated. Browser and Home Screen versions may use separate storage.
Outputs or information displayed by the Services are provided for reference. You should review them in light of your intended purpose and use them based on your own judgment.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Services or these Terms will be subject at first instance to a court in Japan having jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure and other applicable law.
